This immunotoxin was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-FOLH1 scFv to Pseudomonas exotoxin. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunotoxin selectively binds to prostate cancer cells. This gene encodes a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the M28 peptidase family.
