This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (clone HuM195) conjugated via a AcBut linker to a Calicheamicin. The Calicheamicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
