This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (clone hP67.6) conjugated via a AcBut linker to calicheamicin. The calicheamicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
