Anti-APP ADCC Enhanced Antibody (BAN2401) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afucoâ„¢ platform. BAN2401 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that selectively binds to large soluble beta-amyloid protofibrils and is thought to enhance their clearance and/or neutralize their neurotoxicity. Soluble beta-amyloid oligomers and large protofibrils have been implicated in mediating neurotoxicity in Alzheimer's disease (AD).
