This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (cloneh2H12d) conjugated via a linker to SGD-1910. The SGD-1910 is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
