This immunotoxin was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody to Diphtheria toxin. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunotoxin selectively binds to tumor cells and the toxin enters cells. Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens.
