Tubulysins

Tubulysins, originally isolated from myxobacteria, are a series of antimitotic tetrapeptides discovered by Hofle and co-workers in 2000. Functionally similar to dolastatins, tubulysins are among the most powerful cell division inhibitors reported until now.
