This antibody-cytokine fusion protein was achieved by conjugating/fusing the Anti-OC183B2 scFv to IL2. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunocytokine retains the ability to bind the OC183B2 as well as the biological activity of IL2. The immunocytokine was able to target IL2 to tumor cells that overexpress OC183B2, and stimulate the proliferation of an IL2-dependent cell line, CTLL-2.
